« Thought the campsite was a bit run down, not kept tidy, bouncy castle, lights covered in green moss, games area not set up machines empty or just left unplugged. Our caravan was dusty and the floor wasn't swept but if we left it that way then we would get charged, also the shower unit was cracked. All these things could have fixed before our visits. Also no English leaflets as it wasn’t July. Think if you’re advertising for the British to stay then you should supply information for us. Swimming pool area lovely but again sunloungers dirty just a wipe over would make it look better before opening. Staff polite. Waitress in the restaurant was lovely and very helpful plus food very nice and a good price. Kids club was a disappointment as only my child turned up so it couldn’t go ahead which is fine but there was not real advertising or the kids club staff speaking to families like I’ve seen in other yelloh sites. It was overall a nice stay but just got the feeling that because the “season” hadn’t started for them it didn’t have the feel like the site was set ready for visitors. If you’re open then it needs to feel open. »

Hello, thank you for your response to our questionnaire. We are sorry that your stay did not go as you hoped. However, it is a pleasure that our restaurant and the friendliness of our staff have pleased you, in fact it is essential for us that the customers of our campsite have a pleasant holiday and we are delighted to welcome you. Regarding cleanliness, we are sorry that you did not find the cottage as you expected, cleanliness is a priority for us, and we remain fully at your disposal at reception to react immediately if you encounter such a problem. Please let us know.Please note that we do have a leaflet in English, we must have provided you with the one in French by mistake and we are really sorry. The season begins for us in May, but it is true that for the children's club, the arrival of the summer holidays in France makes it easier to have enough children interested to organize workshops or games, which is very complicated when there is only one child at the club. Concerning the opening, we are taking your comments into account and we have already planned to improve our campsite for next year through various works (road, renovation of showers and toilets, new mobile homes, etc.). Furthermore, we will be open as Yelloh Village, with all services, from April 26 and until September 30 in order to welcome you as best as possible. We thank you for your stay, kind regards. C'est un plaisir toutefois que notre restaurant et que l'amabilité de notre personnel vous ait plus, en effet il est essentiel pour nous que les clients de notre camping passent d'agréables vacances et nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir. Concernant la propreté nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas trouvé le mobil-home comme vous l'espériez, la propreté est une priorité pour nous, et nous restons pleinement à votre disposition à la reception pour réagir immédiatement si vous rencontrer un tel problème. N'hésitez pas à nous le faire savoir.Sachez que nous avons bien un dépliant en anglais, nous avons du vous fournir celui en français par erreur et nous en sommes vraiment désolés. La saison commence pour nous dès le mois de mai, mais il est vrai que pour le club enfant, l'arrivée des grandes vacances en France permet d'avoir assez d'enfants pour organiser des ateliers ou des jeux, ce qui est très compliqué lorsqu'il n'y a qu'un seul enfant au club. Concernant l'ouverture, nous prenons en compte vos commentaires et nous avons déjà prévu un certain nombre de travaux pour améliorer notre camping pour l'année prochaine (route, rénovation douches-sanitaires, changements de mobil-homes, etc). Par ailleurs, nous serons ouverts en tant que Yelloh Village, avec tous les services, dès le 26 avril et jusqu'au 30 septembre afin de vous accueillir au mieux.
