Booking Conditions for Rented Accomodation
• In July and August, rental is from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10 am.
• No accomodation can be sub-let to a third party.
• The rent of accomodation is definite once the deposit of 30% of the total amount plus the reservation fee has be paid.The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before arrival at the latest.
• In case of cancellation 30 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount will be payable. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival day, the total amount becomes payable. In both cases the reservation fee is retained by the campsite. Defered arrival date or cancellation must be confirmed to the campsite, in writing. Telephone messages cannot be accepted. If no written cancellation is received 24 hours after the agreed arrival date, the campsite retains the right to re-let the accomodation.
• Deposit : : a deposit of 155 € is required on arrival :
- A cheque of 105 euros to cover possible damages. This cheque will be restored you at the time of your departure after control or will be returned by mail in the week.
- 50 euros cash corresponding to cover cleaning cost (if necessary).
• No modification can be made to the contract less than one month before arrival. No reduction will be garanted for late arrival or early departure. All clients must conform to the rules and regulations of the campsite (available at reception). Any disagreement between parties will be settled by the appointed court of law of Toulouse.
Booking conditions for a touring pitch
A reservation entails the guarentee of a pitch on arrival.
If a specific pitch is requested we will do our best to satisfy this request, but it is not garenteed and may be replaced by a similar one. The rent of a pitch is from 14.00 on the day of arrival until midday the following day. A reservation cannot be modified less than 15 days before the arrival. In case of cancellation 30 days or more before the arrival date 30% of the total amount will be payable. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival day, the total amount becomes payable. In both cases the reservation fee is retained by the campsite.
If you defer your arrival date to that stated on the contract, the campsite must be informed in writing. Telephone messages cannot be accepted. Failure to inform the campsite in writing allows the campsite to re-let the pitch 24 hours after the date on the contract. The balance of the rental for the pitch is due on arrival. Any supplements during the stay (visitors, extra people or animals) must be paid on arrival All clients must conform to the rules and regulations of the campsite (avalaible at receptionAny disagreement between parties will be settled by the appointed court of law of Toulouse.
Particular Interior Regulation
• The client must respect the campsite regulations which are available at reception.
• By measure of hygiene, rubbish and glassshould be disposed of separately in the bins provided in the parking outside, in front the entrance of the campsite.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Pets are tolerated in rented accomodation but, for hygiene reasons, are not allowed on the beds.
• Children must be accompanied by parents to the play area, pool and sanitation blooks.
• For safety reasons, the use of these areas is forbidden after 22h00. Parents will be held responsable for any disturbance or damage caused by their children.
• It is forbidden to drive on the campsite between 22.30 and 7.00 if you arrive back after 22.30, the car must be left on the carpark in front of the campsite. A bicycle may be used between 7.00 and 22.00.
• Barbecues are allowed, except on the terraces of accomodation.
• Your electrical equipment (cable and plugs) must comply with the legal requirements.
• When entertainment finishes in the evening you must go back to your pitch quietly.
• Anybody not resident on site must report to reception on arrival. Any undeclared visitor discovered on site will be charged to the hosts as if he arrived on their arrival day. No bathing in the pool outside advertised opening hours. No reduction will be granted for late arrival or early departure. A requested pitch cannot be garenteed if the dates of stay are modified.
